At some level- everyone is capable What do you wa At some level- everyone is capable

What do you want, what is your goal, and what are you willing to do to achieve it?

Let’s take all the obstacles out of the way - let’s say you have genetics, the talent, the finances, the coaches, and the opportunities…

What would you be willing to do to get where you want to go-

Would you train every day? Would you lift? Would you eat healthier? Would you hydrate more? Would you prioritize sleep?

If you had the potential for greatness would you cut people out of your life that are holding you back? Would you cut out the negativity? Would you give up partying? Give up alcohol and drugs?

What is stopping you from reaching your full potential?

Are you your own worse enemy?

What are you willing to do for a professional contract or a full scholarship?

Would you fast for 40 days? Would you make sure you’re eating enough calories and weigh your food? Are you willing to never sleep or sleep more? Are you willing to put down the video games?

Would you fight? Would you meditate? Would you go to church? Would you read and self educate?

If your goal weighed the same as what you are willing to do- would it be equal?

Then it’s not a goal- it’s just an idea that you thought would be cool

What are you willing to do

One thing I never expected, appreciated, or even t One thing I never expected, appreciated, or even thought of when we opened a gym was the opportunity to observe kids grow up. Pretty cool to witness all their success!

8.5 years FTS has been open… and when we get visits from our D1 athletes that have been with us for 5,6,7+ years- it is truly an experience. They helped build our culture and still represent our banner and colors proudly.

Love y’all
